Styling Advice: Get The Look

Styling Advice:Get The Look...

Helping you with styling tips to this seasons Autumn/Winter 2015 trends with internationally known, affordable high street brands.

Today I have styled a daytime look this season starting with a black, long sleeved turtle neck knit blouse £16. This top is perfect for this season and well worth a purchase because this item is an investment,It is always on trend each Winter and can be worn with everything. Ive combined a tanned, high waisted, corded, buttoned detail, A lined mini skirt with the turtle neck top.The skirt is £30 and the high waisted mini skirts are extremely flattering for all different silhouettes. It elongates your legs and creates a smaller waist.
Ive collaborated this look with a faux fur, cobalt blue coat which is £185 to give the look that extra edge and I have a love for coloured fur coats. Ive accessorised the look with thigh high heeled black suede boots £69. The thigh high suede boots were a huge trend last year 2014  and has re-appeared this winter. These boots are also worth a purchase because of its diversity you can wear them for both casual or formal events and are perfect for if you live in the city because of its comfort.
To finish the look I have added a fringed, black clutch bag £30 and a black fedora hat £25 my ultimate fave accessory this season.

This look has that Boho, Indie, 70s edge that I love <3

A/W Trends 2015

Autumn/Winter- 2015

Summer 2015 has sadly come to an end and Autumn has arrived. To prepare for the future bad weather of coldness, snow and rain its time to pack away the beachwear, bikinis, cut out swimwear, crotchet crop tops, dresses, denim shorts, 70s flares and floral maxi dresses (crying inside). Now its time to focus on new seasonal beginnings and new trends.

If you are not sure what is on trend this season then look no further here is a quick trend guide to whats coming in this Autumn/ Winter.

1.The Leather Skirt: This is no shocker, when is leather NOT in season during Autumn/Winter? So rummage through the wardrobe and bring out last years leathers or invest in a mini leather skirt or leather jacket, bring out your inner "Rock n Roll".

2.The Logo Bag:The 00s trend of over powering logo printed bags and shoes is back so lets hope you have kept your old Luis Vuitton and Dior bags from 2000!

3. Super-sized Retro Specs: Accessories are key this season so do not forget the specs, the bigger/the more retro, the better.

4.Shearling/Fun Fur Coats: A repeat of last years trend however we loved it so much we had to bring it back. Expect coloured fur ,Over sized fur coats and shearling coats or trench coats with fur collars and sleeves.

5.The Baby Doll Dress:Structured with a high neck or turtle neck combined with a swinging, A-Line or pleated skirt. The Shorter the better with this trend.

6.Big Belts: To accentuate the waist this season big belts are back. Big, Bold waist belts worn on top of dresses, knitwear and coats. This trend is perfect to create the hourglass silhouette underneath all them winter layers.

7. Capes: Expect different tailored cuts, colours and printed capes with fur fringing this season perfect for Autumn.
